We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team via Secondment in the role of Optimisation Change Lead - Direct Mortgages.
The Optimisation team’s guiding principle is “Change – On Your Terms,” which means they actively seek, listen to, and act on feedback from colleagues when considering future changes. They collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure any changes are fit for purpose before they are implemented for both customers and colleagues. You’ll require a high degree of adaptability to keep up with the fast-changing needs of Premier Mortgage and International services.

In this role you’ll:
* Work closely with both Advised and Non-Advised teams to implement changes that prioritise colleague needs and deliver positive outcomes
* Utilise agile methodologies to manage multiple workplace deliverables efficiently and adapt to evolving business requirements
* Develop strong relationships with Credit, Insurance, Risk, and Mortgage Product teams to ensure seamless collaboration and aligned objectives
* Embed and uphold consistent practices across teams, ensuring compliance with Performance Framework guidelines
* Map customer and colleague journeys to identify improvement opportunities, optimising processes and elevating both customer and employee satisfaction
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
* Proven experience of working within an advised role within direct mortgages is essential. You’ll use your knowledge to deliver tailored solutions and support clients throughout their mortgage journey
* Must be comfortable at building networks and influencing stakeholders across departments, fostering collaboration and driving business success
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to internal processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement
* Able to prioritise, manage multiple projects, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment while seeking innovative improvements
* Confident in creating business plans and proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint to support strategic decisions and communicate effectively
