Service Advisor
Nisbets has an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Service Department as a Service Advisor, following an internal promotion. In this role, you will be part of a team providing high-quality after-sales service for thousands of machines we sell. Your responsibilities include installations, repairing machines both on-site and in our workshop, managing all customer machine returns, and liaising closely with third-party Service Providers working on our behalf.
As our Service Advisor, you are the first point of contact for customers. It is crucial to create a great first impression, so we seek motivated individuals who excel in customer service and enjoy helping people. You'll be joining a supportive team of Service Advisors who genuinely enjoy their work, providing a dynamic environment where you can work hard and have fun. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start an office-based career.
Full time - Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:45 pm
What will I be doing as a Service Advisor?
1. Act as the first point of contact for customers and take responsibility for processing calls to a satisfactory conclusion.
2. Resolve customer issues over the phone to avoid sending an engineer to site or collecting items for repair (training provided).
3. Liaise with internal colleagues and Service partners to resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
4. Undertake additional Service activities as requested by the Service Team Leader.
