Summary Position Summary PMO –Senior Analyst Looking for a candidate who can provide support to US and USI leads and internal stakeholders on various PMO activities. Someone who has a flair for project management, generating insights and process optimization. Candidate with experience in project management, process automation, operations management, data analysis and reporting will be preferred. The team GPS Clients and Markets Growth (CMG) is a Green Dot channel, driving market leadership by creating an end to end experience for our GPS leaders, professionals, and clients. The team provides solutions in support of market positioning and acquisition activities to maximize Deloitte’s revenue, relationships, and reputation in the Government marketplace. The team works in collaboration with the US stakeholders in identifying and tracking opportunities, account spending and opportunity analysis, as well as competitive and market intelligence support for Government pursuits. The team also supports client accounts by navigating the firm, curating, and delivering the best of Deloitte for the client, and leading core account operations to accelerate profitable growth. The team works closely with the US GPS channels under Client and Sales Excellence including Marketing and Communications, Information Management, Account Management, Competitive & Market Intelligence, Pursuits, and Strategy. Work you’ll do The ideal PMO resource will work with the GPS - CMG team executives and senior leaders on designing presentations, creating & maintaining recurring/adhoc reports, managing & updating teams’ key resources and contributing on strategic projects through insights and business expertise. The individual will act as a liaison between the various teams and will ensure that business requirements are addressed timely and accurately. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Collects, synthesizes, and analyzes data and generates insights to answer business questions Understands various standards, procedures, latest tools & technology, and best practices followed by the business for data collation, reporting, and maintenance Ability to create executive level reports and decks independently. Uses an iterative process to create decks and reports for executives and senior leaders, ensuring that the information is accurate and aligned to end-user needs Creates client-ready summary tables, pivot charts, and graphs for reports, using the most appropriate reporting and visualization tool Coordinates and/or collaborates with others to manage multiple workstreams for the assigned projects Synthesizes data concisely in executive summaries, email summaries, and leaderships decks. Displays proficiency in putting down broad findings Demonstrates the ability to understand trends in data sets and relate them to business objectives Shares new ideas and insights to gain stakeholders’ trust and can hold a conversation beyond work to build rapport Maintain/review periodic and ad-hoc reports as requested by leadership Drive operational improvement as necessary to the business through process enhancements Skillsets required: Proficiency in Advanced excel, PowerPoint and Word with experience in creating executive level reports and dashboards Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent presentation and story boarding skills with exposure to senior level presentations Good client management and relationship building abilities Capable of quickly, regularly, and independently learning new technologies under the pressure of consistent high-profile project deliverables Detailed oriented Prioritizeandmultitaskwithinafast-paced,challenging,anddeadline-drivenenvironment Abilitytotakeinitiativeandinteractwithalllevelsof management Adapts to changing priorities as they arise Self-motivated and strong team player.
