People & Culture Manager Location: Surrey, KT13 0SL Hours: 37.5 per week Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract | 6 months We’re looking for a People & Culture Manager to support the mobilisation of one of ISS’s largest contracts. This is a high-impact role with a strong focus on shaping the employee experience during a critical transition period. You’ll be part of a fast-paced team, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to lead mobilisation, change, and people-focused projects — ensuring compliance and a positive, values-driven approach throughout. Key Responsibilities Advise on people management and policy implementation Lead mobilisation and organisational change projects Deliver HR training and promote best practices Support managers in building inclusive, effective teams Report progress and risks to the Head of People & Culture Engage stakeholders and champion open communication Ensure compliance with employment law, policies, and procedures About You Experienced in HR advisory roles, with a strong grasp of UK employment law Skilled in TUPE and managing union relationships Able to juggle priorities and meet tight deadlines Excellent communicator and relationship-builder Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented Holds a full UK driving licence This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering people strategies in a complex, fast-moving environment.
