We are seeking a Product Proposition Analyst to work closely with the Product Management team to research and support the development of business cases for new developments, analysing the competitive landscape, opportunities, costs, and pricing strategy.
This role can be hybrid from any of our offices within the UK (50% in Office). However, for the initial training period, there will be an expectation of attendance at our Bracknell office to allow the individual to work and learn from the wider team.
This individual will support Management teams in Revenues & Benefits and Central Government to define and implement the go-to-market strategy for products. Activities include product and competitor research, business case development, price modelling, developing USPs and market messaging, supporting product launch plans and collateral, customer engagement, ongoing sales support, reference site development, and support.
Responsibilities include:
1. Collaborating with Product Management and Marketing to develop USPs and messaging.
2. Supporting internal product launch activities and maintaining collateral.
3. Conducting research on competitors, market sizing, and trends.
4. Assisting in external product launch plans for lead generation.
5. Maximising customer value through integrated communications plans.
6. Developing content for sales and marketing campaigns.
7. Supporting the production of release bulletins and internal briefings.
8. Assisting sales with bid responses and proposals.
9. Supporting product roadmaps and catalog management.
10. Analyzing customer and sales activity for business planning.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Excellent interpersonal and management skills.
* Product analysis experience in local and/or central government.
* Experience in the IT sector and product marketing.
* Ability to translate technical jargon into understandable messages.
* Qualification in Business, Communications, IT, or similar.
* Understanding of the Public Sector and software development lifecycle.
* UK Driving License and ability to obtain security clearance.
