The ideal candidate will be particularly strong in copywriting, producing engaging copy for digital ads, webpages, and campaign assets. You'll enjoy working with data – not just recording it, but analysing it to spot trends, identify opportunities, and make evidence-based recommendations to improve results. You'll maintain high standards for proofing and quality, ensuring all content and campaigns are accurate, consistent, and professional.
In this key role, you'll work closely with the Digital Manager on brand-level campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and essential day-to-day activities. You'll play a vital role in ensuring projects are delivered smoothly and campaigns are optimised for maximum impact.

The starting salary for this role is £28,031, progression up the salary scale is done incrementally as a person progresses in the role.

About the Marketing Team
Our Marketing team provides expert support for internal clients, including student recruitment and the University's schools. We deliver tailored marketing solutions across research, corporate marketing, digital marketing, and creative design to meet defined KPIs.
We work closely with student recruitment colleagues, using data to shape marketing plans around recruitment cycles. By refining targeted messaging and developing engaging content, we support campaigns and help achieve recruitment goals for specific schools, levels of study, and subject areas.
