Big opportunity for someone who knows the packaging / print / production space inside out.
I’m working with a leading brand packaging agency looking to hire a Business Development Director to drive growth across EMEA.
This is a senior, hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for building pipeline, winning new business, and leading from the front.
The role:
– Driving new business from outreach through to pitch and win
– Leading RFPs, proposals and strategic responses
– Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
– Working closely with internal teams to shape and sell solutions
– Building a strong, consistent pipeline across the region
What they’re looking for:
– 10+ years in business development / growth
– Strong experience across packaging
– A proven track record of winning new business
– Confident presenting to senior / C-level stakeholders
– Commercially sharp and proactive
Fully remote, UK-based, with some travel across EMEA.
