A Housing Association is seeking a Responsive Repairs Operative to carry out day-to-day maintenance and repair works within tenanted properties across North London. This permanent role involves delivering responsive repairs to a high standard, ensuring properties remain safe, functional, and well maintained for residents.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out responsive repairs within tenanted residential properties
Complete a range of general maintenance tasks across core trades
Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently during property visits
Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with required standards
Maintain clear records of works completed and report any additional repair needs
Deliver high-quality workmanship while working within occupied homes
Requirements
NVQ Level 2 in a core trade
Full UK Driving Licence
Experience carrying out responsive repairs within residential properties
Ability to complete a range of multi-trade maintenance tasks
Good understanding of health and safety when working in occupied properties
