Senior National Account Manager

Macgregor Black are partnering with a Well-established Toy Brand on the search for a Senior National Account Manager. This is a permanent role based in London.
As the Senior National Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of Value channel retail accounts, including B&M, and driving the commercial agenda across these partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of key Value channel accounts, including B&M and others.
* Own and deliver customer-specific strategies, trading terms, and annual joint business plans.
* Full P&L responsibility including forecasting, pricing, promotions, and margin management.
* Identify and maximise growth opportunities across the Value channel.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams.
* Lead seasonal line reviews, new product introductions, and promotional campaigns.
* Track performance and competitor activity, adapting plans as needed to stay ahead.
What are we looking for?
* Toy industry experience is essential- you understand the category, cycle, and customers.
* Proven experience managing B&M and/or similar Value channel retailers (e.g. Home Bargains, The Range, Poundland).
* Strong commercial skillset with experience owning P&Ls and delivering against revenue/margin targets.
* A confident negotiator with excellent customer-facing and relationship-building skills.
* Strong organisational and project management skills – able to juggle multiple accounts.
* Comfortable with hybrid working – must be within a commutable distance to London.
