Multi-Site Operation
We are seeking an experienced and driven Executive Chef / Head Chef to lead and oversee our kitchen. This is a senior, hands-on role requiring proven leadership, strong commercial awareness, and a consistent track record of longevity in previous positions.
The Role
As Executive Chef / Head Chef, you will be responsible for maintaining high culinary standards while ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, and team development. You will work closely with senior management to deliver a consistent, high-quality food offering that reflects our brand values.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee kitchen operations ensuring consistency and quality at all times.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Chefs and kitchen teams.
* Full responsibility for stock control, ordering, wastage management, and GP control.
* Menu development and implementation, including costings and margin management.
* Maintain all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
* Manage staffing levels, rotas, and training to meet business needs.
* Work proactively to improve systems, procedures, and operational efficiency.
The Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef
* Demonstrable longevity in previous roles (this is essential).
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Excellent knowledge of stock control, food costs, and supplier management.
* Commercially minded with a focus on consistency and profitability.
* Organised, resilient, and able to perform under pressure.
* Passionate about food quality, standards, and team development.
* Experience in hosting and curating set menus for events.
