Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Manager – Role Summary The Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Manager is a strategic, end-to-end talent partner responsible for ensuring the organisation has access to the right skills and capabilities — both now and in the future. This role blends hands-on recruitment delivery with workforce planning, internal mobility, and vendor management across permanent and contingent hiring. Working closely with People Experience Partners and senior leaders, this role drives a quality-over-quantity hiring approach, shapes future workforce needs, and ensures alignment with business strategy. It also oversees TA operations, including ATS management, reporting, and partnerships with external providers (agencies, contractors, and EoRs). Key Focus Areas: Strategic Workforce Planning: Forecasting, skills mapping, and scenario planning for future capability needs (perm contract) Talent Acquisition Delivery: Managing end-to-end hiring for critical, specialist, and leadership roles Internal Mobility & Redeployment: Driving internal-first hiring and career progression Vendor & Partner Management: Leading relationships with agencies, contractors, and Employer of Record providers Employer Brand & Candidate Experience: Enhancing the company’s positioning and ensuring an authentic, consistent candidate journey TA Operations & Reporting: Owning ATS, hiring analytics, and continuous process improvement Success Looks Like: Critical roles filled quickly and with high quality Internal talent redeployed effectively before going to market Clean, compliant contractor/vendor processes Future workforce needs clearly mapped Trusted partnerships with hiring managers and external providers A smooth, human, and high-impact candidate experience
