KCR Solutions are delighted to be working with this excellent client in North Tyneside to recruit a Sales and Purchase Ledger Clerk. Your duties will be as follows: Supporting month-end processes by ensuring accurate sales and purchase ledger reporting Managing and maintaining the sales ledger, keeping all customer accounts accurate, complete, and fully reconciled Posting and allocating cash receipts to customer accounts accurately Preparing and issuing invoices, credit notes, and statements in line with agreed billing cycles and company procedures Reconciling customer accounts, resolving discrepancies and responding to billing queries Reporting on the status of accounts payable and verifying for payment approval Resolving invoice and purchase order discrepancies Managing payment runs You will have worked in a similar role previously and have strong IT skills.
