Overview
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for leading complex engineering projects? We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative Project Manager to join our Engineering team in Warwick. This is a hands-on role where you’ll drive the delivery of innovative projects from concept to completion, working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners. You’ll play a key part in shaping our future by ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead project planning, execution, and governance, ensuring alignment with business objectives
* Manage project budgets, timelines, quality, scope, and risk with confidence
* Foster strong collaboration across internal teams and external organisations
* Champion continuous improvement in project and change management processes
* Oversee Life Cycle Assessment activities and support sustainability initiatives
Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience managing large, cross-functional engineering projects
* Skilled in project management methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile, or similar)
* Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
* Committed to quality, sustainability, and continuous improvement
