Air Conditioning Engineer
Covering Reading / Surrey / Slough / Redhill (with some SW London)
We’re recruiting an Air Conditioning Engineer to join a growing team working across a high-quality commercial portfolio, including well-known names such as major retailers and corporate offices.
Salary & Package
* £46,000–£47,000+ (more available for the right engineer)
* Paid travel – 30 minutes each way
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays
* Company bonus scheme – potential £1,000–£3,000 per year

Working Hours
* Monday to Friday
* 08:00 – 17:00
* No weekends as standard
The Role
* Covering a commercial portfolio including retail and office sites
* Mainly reactive maintenance
* Around 30–40% PPMs
* Servicing, fault-finding, and breakdowns on AC systems
What We’re Looking For
* Experienced Air Conditioning Engineer
* Comfortable with reactive works and servicing
* Good customer-facing skills on commercial sites
* F-Gas qualified (essential)
