The Role:
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the friendly voice of the organisation, ensuring that customers receive first-class service. Your responsibilities will include:
Answering phone calls and engaging with customers
Responding to emails with professionalism and efficiency
Processing sales and purchase orders using Sage 50 (training provided!)
Managing customer account inquiries, including payment status
Delivering outstanding customer service and administration support

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanour

Familiarity with customer service practises (experience with Sage 50 is a plus, but not mandatory)
