A specialist all-through school is seeking an Interim Assistant Headteacher to join their dedicated and supportive team immediately through to Easter 2026.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic and operational leadership across the school
* Support the Headteacher and SLT in driving school improvement
* Lead on behaviour, safeguarding, or curriculum areas as required
* Build strong relationships with staff, pupils, and families
Essential Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
* Proven leadership experience within a specialist or inclusive setting
* Strong understanding of ASD, SEN, and SEMH provision
* Ability to lead with empathy, clarity, and high expectations
