Days (06:00 - 14:00): £15.18 per hour
Backs (13:45 - 20:45): £16.36 per hour
Nights (20:45 - 06:00): £17.02 per hour

Job Description:
Stafforce is recruiting two experienced Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) Drivers for our valued client in Billingham. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates seeking long-term work with the potential to secure a permanent position.
You will be part of a busy, fast-paced industrial environment, working across a rotating 3-shift pattern. A full and accredited induction will be provided.
Key Duties:
Safely operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck
Loading and unloading deliveries
Moving stock and materials around the site
Supporting warehouse and production teams when required
Ensuring adherence to health & safety regulations
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A valid, externally accredited Counterbalance FLT licence (RTITB or ITSSAR)
Proven experience operating an FLT in a fast-paced industrial setting
Strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety practices
Reliability, flexibility, and a good attitude toward teamwork
Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime when required
