Payroll Administrator - 6 Months - Todmorden, Hybrid
We are working with a leading global engineering company who are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-impact payroll transformation project while ensuring accurate and compliant payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the transition to a new off-site payroll platform
* Process weekly and monthly payrolls with precision
* Maintain and update payroll systems (SAP)
* Liaise with vendors for system support and enhancements
* Handle payroll queries and ensure employee satisfaction
* Reconcile payroll results and manage statutory payments
* Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accuracy
* Monitor time and attendance systems and correct discrepancies
Requirements
* Minimum 3 year's experience in a payroll role
* Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance
* Proficient in SAP payroll and MS Office (Excel including VBA)
* Experience with time recording systems and shift evaluations
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* CIPP qualification is a plus
