Hours: 37 hours per week, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Employment: Full-time, 52 weeks per year
Salary: Up to £38,186.75 per annum depending on experience and qualifications

The Foundation and Pathways Faculty requires a Lecturer to work as part of a team, to deliver a range of high-quality courses from pre‑entry to Level 1. The curriculum offer incorporates employability and independent living skills, a range of vocational options, functional English, Maths and ICT, personal, social and communication skills.
Responsibilities
* Teach on a programme of appropriate courses.
* Assess, review and record learner progress.
* Maintain course and learner records.
* Support learners with progression, employability and independence.
Qualifications
* Experienced teacher — proven experience of teaching young adults with learning difficulties and/or disabilities and emotional/behavioural difficulties.
* Teaching qualifications.
* Excellent communication skills, enthusiasm and creativeness.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and be skilled in the use of IT.
