As a General Manager you will run brilliant shifts, inspire your team, and treat the restaurant as your own business. That means making decisions, creating a great culture, and driving to targets and KPIs.
What You'll Do
* Lead the restaurant as if it were your own business, making decisions that support growth and culture.
* Drive performance against targets and KPI’s, ensuring high standards of service and profitability.
* Develop and grow your team, creating future managers.
* Represent the brand and values in every customer interaction, delivering the perfect PERi-PERi experience.
Qualifications
* Passion, pride, and a strong drive to motivate and engage a team.
* Leadership experience from a customer‑focused environment.
* Deep understanding of our brand and values, customer obsession, and a commitment to delivering excellence.
* A proven track record of driving sales in a multi‑channel environment.
* Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment and to learn and develop continuously.
