Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for supporting out Turn Mill cell in daily prooduction demands.
Key Responsibilities are as below:
* Program CNC mill-turn machines using Fusion 360 with a strong understanding of milling and turning strategies.
* Set up tools, offsets, and work coordinates, ensuring machines are fully prepared for production runs.
* Machine a variety of complex components, including those made from exotic materials, with precision and efficiency.
* Interpret and work from intricate engineering drawings and specifications.
* Apply inspection and measurement techniques to ensure parts meet strict tolerance requirements.
* Collaborate with engineering and production teams to enhance processes and support ongoing improvement initiatives.
* Operate and program mill-turn machines, with a focus on efficient and accurate production.
* (Desirable) Program using Mazatrol on Mazak Integrex machines.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Proficient in Fusion 360 for both milling and turning operations.
* Strong practical knowledge of machine setup and preparation.
* Extensive background working with exotic materials.
* Confident in reading complex technical drawings.
* High attention to detail and a drive for process optimization.
* Thrives in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
* Team-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Prior experience with Mazak Integrex and Mazatrol programming is a plus
