Role
We have an excellent IT Field Service Engineer opportunity for a hands-on, customer service orientated individual to join a successful and organised IT support team.
This role will best suit someone who possesses either an IT support background (2nd Line Desktop Support / IT Field Engineer / Technical Support) or data cabling background.
If you're from a data cabling background and have an interest in developing your IT skills, our client is happy to support your cross-training into the IT desktop, networking, printing and audio-visual arena, offering a supportive learning environment.
As IT Field Service Engineer, you will have access to a company vehicle, allowing you to support a range of different customers in and around Sussex. A valid Driving Licence is therefore essential.
Responsibilities
1. Building desktops and laptops with Windows 11 OS
2. Carry out repairs on desktops, laptops and printers as required
3. Deliver and install laptops, desktops, printers, access points and IAV equipment in a timely and professional manner.
