WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Account Executive to support our team in delivering a partnership with Europe’s premier club football competition for a key client. If you have a passion for international events, excellent organisational and communication skills, are a team player, and love football, this could be the role for you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Helping a world-renowned brand leverage the UEFA Champions League with its key customers
* Coordination with the Rightsholder and other stakeholders on campaigns and promotions
* Supporting in leveraging and monitoring usage of key partnership assets, including ticketing and at-match experiences
* Producing guidelines and toolkits for internal stakeholders on leveraging the Partnership, ensuring global campaigns align with the Rightsholder and brand guidelines
* Providing on-site event support for big event activation and hospitality programmes
* Coordinating merchandise production and distribution related to marketing programs
* Collaborating across departments to provide creative assets for global campaigns
* Managing approvals from creation to delivery of assets with relevant stakeholders
* Supporting weekly status meetings and client liaison with agendas, recaps, and project updates
* Organizing meetings and workshops
* Reporting on activities before, during, and after events

REQUIREMENTS
The following are essential:
* Experience in an agency role is preferred but not mandatory
* Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and confident presentation skills
