Responsibilities

* Planning and presenting a clear vision of customer success.
* Collaborating closely with the field ATU/STU and management teams to drive new business opportunities.
* Ensuring that plans are made to evolve and are continually vetted to meet stated objectives.
* Challenging convention and striving for bold ambitions.
* Building coalitions and securing support from senior leadership across Microsoft organizations.
* Supporting the field through Digital Win Room submissions and navigating the process successfully.
* Enhancing technical and industry knowledge to deliver innovative ideas that accelerate customer success in the cloud.
* Focusing on business outcomes and driving aggressive revenue growth to enhance customer satisfaction through Digital Transformation.
* Achieving revenue and consumption targets through disciplined pipeline and forecast management.
* Leveraging key business insights to elevate customer conversations and actions.
* Providing world-class customer service by aligning objectives and plans to achieve them.
* Delivering tangible solutions that improve efficiencies, reduce costs, and deepen Microsoft partnerships.
Qualifications
* Extensive experience in sales, marketing, business development, or enterprise IT consulting.
* Strong growth mindset with a focus on solving challenging customer problems.
* Proven leadership, trust-building, and credibility across organizational levels.
* Knowledge of industry trends and ability to confidently recommend to C-level and decision-makers.
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
