Job Title: Practitioner Psychologist
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to £70,000 (pro rata, DOE) plus £3000 Welcome Bonus (Welcome Bonus is payable as one payment of £1,500 after completion of one month and one further payment of £1,500 upon completion of your final probation period. T&C's Apply

Essential: Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
We’re looking for a Practitioner Psychologist. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the developing clinical service and to work closely with the Lead Clinician to develop the clinical provision in line with neurodiversity and intersectionality affirming therapeutic support.

About the role
We are expanding our clinical service during a time of growth. The successful candidate will work collaboratively to deliver assessment and intervention plans for pupils, contribute to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice. The role requires resilience, enthusiasm, a therapeutic approach, decision-making skills, and workload management.
Our Clinical Team supports a nurturing environment where pupils can flourish, with a strong safeguarding culture. We aim to build futures by empowering vulnerable young people to be happy and independent.

* Doctoral degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counselling, Forensic, Educational)
* Registered with the HCPC and own professional body
* Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism with additional needs
* Ability to collaborate with key partners
* Sensitivity and conflict resolution skills
* Continuing professional development
* Post-qualification experience with adults
* Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle
* Skills in data management for service development and projects
