* Team Leader for the Accounts and Reception teams
* Involvement in the interviewing and selection process for new members of staff
* Employee Relations
* Production of Monthly Management Accounts and assisting with monthly payroll
* Assisting with yearly renewals of Staff Benefits
* Assisting with yearly SAR audit
* Lead on Lexcel accreditation renewal applications
* Responsible for the SRA and CILEX Practice Certificate Renewals
* Assisting with CQS annual renewal (collation of data and documentation)
* Assisting with the PII renewals
* Maintenance of Central Registers to meet requirements under SRA Codes of Conduct and Lexcel

1. CIPD level 5 (or similar)
2. 5 years + Practice Manager or Office Manager experience, ideally at a Lexcel accredited law firm with a staff size of not less than 40 employees
