We’re seeking an experienced administrator to support technicians with scheduling and office coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate work for technicians.
Handle customer enquiries via phone and email.
Manage inbox and update records.
Liaise with clients and engineers on planned works.
Process reports, invoices, and purchase orders.
Organise accommodation, site access, and courier collections.
Monitor van fleet and arrange site inductions.
About You:
Experience in administration and customer service.
Strong communication and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
