We are currently looking for a passionate Night Supervisor, to join our Basil Street team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. As a Night Supervisor, your main duties and expectations for the role will include: Be present in the lobby when required, greeting and assisting guests in a polite and friendly manner in line with our LQA & AA Standards Undertake general office duties, including correspondence, emails, filing and switchboard to ensure the smooth running of the reception area. Maintain exceptional standards for front-of-house presentation. Comply with and ensure that all Safe Systems of Works (SSOW) are always adhered to and report any maintenance issues accordingly. Good Opera Cloud knowledge and competence in check-in, check-out, and night audit duties. To be fully aware of all roles within the department to cover any absences if necessary (day and night) You will be required to work 40hours per week, on a shift rota.
