Job Description
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new clients within the construction and logistics sectors. You’ll work closely with decision-makers to understand their payment and financial challenges and position tailored solutions that drive efficiency and growth.
Key responsibilities include:

Proactively sourcing and developing new business opportunities

Selling payment solutions and financial services to construction and logistics clients
*
Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
*
Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
*
Developing a strong understanding of client needs and industry pain points
*
Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
*
Maintaining accurate pipeline and activity reporting
About You
You are commercially sharp, confident in front of clients, and motivated by results. You’ll bring:

Proven B2B business development experience within payment services, fintech, or financial services
*
Experience selling into construction, logistics, transport, or related sectors
*
A strong track record of closing new business and meeting revenue targets
*
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
*
The ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
*
A consultative sales approach with a hunter mindset
