Your new companyThis company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Credit Controller to join our dynamic finance team in Doncaster. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for finance and excellent communication skills to play a key role in managing and improving our credit control processes.Your new role
* Chasing outstanding debts via phone, email, and letter
* Allocating payments and reconciling customer accounts
* Building strong relationships with clients to ensure timely payments
* Working closely with the sales and finance teams to resolve queries
* Producing aged debt reports and assisting with month-end processes
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous experience in a credit control or finance role
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
