Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire the sales team to exceed targets in both new and used car sales.
Manage day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring a premium customer experience.
Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with brand standards and business goals.
Monitor performance metrics, coach team members, and drive continuous improvement.
Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with marketing and aftersales departments to maximise dealership performance.
Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and brand guidelines.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a main dealer environment.
Strong track record in new and/or used car sales.
Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
Commercially astute with a customer-first mindset.
Valid UK driving licence is essential.
