The Role
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will join a highly successful and Legal 500-ranked department, managing a varied and high-quality caseload that includes:
Acquisitions and disposals
Planning agreements
Conditional contracts and option agreements
In addition to working closely with senior Partners, you will play a pivotal role in mentoring junior solicitors and supporting their development. You'll also be actively involved in business development and networking activities to further grow the firm's thriving commercial property offering.
Requirements
4+ years PQE in Commercial Property (no upper limit).
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Ambitious, dynamic, and capable of thriving in a team-oriented environment.
