Our client, a well-established multi-franchise Service Centre in Indian Queens, is seeking talented Vehicle Technicians at all levels, including MOT capable Technicians, to join their expanding team.

Benefits of the Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester position:
4. Competitive basic salary ranging from £35,000 for entry-level to over £45,000 for experienced Technicians
5. Attractive bonus scheme offering up to approximately £10,000 on target
6. Working hours from 08:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, with no weekend work.
7. Overtime opportunities available before or after core hours
8. Generous holiday entitlement of 22 working days plus bank holidays
9. Opportunity for training and development, including MOT licensing support.
Duties of a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester:
10. Conduct vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and servicing to manufacturer standards
11. Carry out MOT testing for MOT Testers or training individuals to achieve the necessary qualification
12. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through quality workmanship
13. Ensure all work is completed within specified timeframes
14. Keep accurate records in line with company procedures
15. Assist colleagues in a team environment to meet workshop targets
Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester Requirements:
16. Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or MOT Tester in a busy workshop
17. Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge
18. Full UK driving licence; individuals with problematic convictions on their licence should be avoided.
19. MOT certification or willingness to train and obtain MOT licence
20. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and deliver excellent service
21. A team player with good communication skills
22. Motivation to develop skills and progress within the automotive industry
