Reporting to the Managing Quantity Surveyor, you’ll support the commercial management of major projects, contributing to cost control, financial reporting, and contractual administration across assigned works. Key Responsibilities Assist in delivering quantity surveying duties across projects and work packages. Liaise with design, construction, and supply chain teams to capture, analyse, and manage project costs. Work collaboratively with the client to help ensure commercial and project requirements are met. Support the administration of the main contract, including identification and issuance of contractual notices and correspondence. Prepare and issue subcontract documentation. Assist in monitoring subcontractor performance and compliance. Prepare applications for payment and support agreement of valuations. Contribute to accurate project cost and value reports, budgets, and financial forecasts. Support continuous professional development through industry engagement and awareness of sector innovation.
