We build relationships, empower people, and focus on strengths through a restorative, relational practice approach. We have been consistently rated as good by Ofsted and are ambitious to do even better.

As a financially stable local authority, we are committed to investing in Children, Education, and Families, ensuring the resources required to support families, including the successful operation of our Family Support and Safeguarding (FSS) model.
