🚀 Integration Manager (M&A) - Interim Role
£550-£700/day | UK-wide
Our client is seeking an experienced Integration Manager to lead M&A integration strategy in this multi-disciplined engineering organisation.
🎯 What You'll Do:
* Lead post-acquisition integrations from Day 1 through full operational integration
* Design comprehensive integration frameworks for newly acquired businesses
* Drive IPO readiness through standardized processes and governance structures
* Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with divisional leaders
* Deliver value creation by identifying and realizing synergies between acquired businesses
🏆 What We're Looking For:
* 10+ years in business integration with 5+ years in senior M&A integration roles
* Proven track record integrating businesses in engineering, construction, or facilities management
* IPO preparation experience through effective business integration and standardization
* Systems integration expertise including ERP/CRM consolidation
* Exceptional stakeholder management and Board-level communication skills
