The role of Caretakerwill include:
1. Undertaking general caretaking duties including cleaning, removing bulk waste and ground maintenance to void properties, this may also include communal areas such as stairs, doors and windows
2. Carry out property clearances, removal of fly-tipping, needle sweeps, pest treatments, and final cleans
3. Perform grounds maintenance tasks including litter picking, shrub cutting, weed control treatments, and general upkeep
4. Communicate effectively with management and update paper and electronic records daily
5. Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in a suitable condition
6. Work to strict deadlines and keep managers updated on progress
Skills and experiences:
7. Experience in a similar role or completing similar tasks
8. Practical experience in operating hand tools and light machinery
9. Some experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads
10. Attention to detail in terms of getting property to a standard where we can move new customers in
11. Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
12. Excellent communication and customer service skills
13. This role will involve driving on company business. To drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence

24. £25,400 per annum (rising to £26,737 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
