The Role - Client Bookkeeper
As a Client Bookkeeper, you'll be working with a varied portfolio of clients, supporting them with their day‑to‑day financial records and ensuring everything is accurate and up to date.
* Preparing and maintaining bookkeeping records for a range of clients
* Managing VAT returns and ensuring compliance
* Working with cloud software such as Xero, QuickBooks or similar
* Liaising directly with clients to resolve queries and provide support
* Supporting the wider team with accounts preparation where needed
This Client Bookkeeper position is very much client‑facing, so confidence in communication is just as important as technical ability.

* Previous experience as a Bookkeeper within practice or managing multiple clients
* Strong working knowledge of cloud accounting software
