We are seeking a talented individual to join our Workforce Transformation Consulting team at Mercer. This role will be based in London. It is a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the office.
Responsibilities include:
* Building a thorough understanding of each client's business goals, strategies, culture, and organization to develop relevant organizational interventions.
* Leading and developing clients across the UK and Europe on various projects, including strategic workforce planning, skills assessment, change management, organizational design, culture, DE&I, etc.
* Growing and retaining global strategic accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and leveraging MMC resources.
* Managing service delivery and solution design for medium and large clients.
* Expanding revenues from existing clients and prospecting new clients.
* Mentoring and coaching staff, delegating effectively, and collaborating within the team to build capability.
Requirements:
* Significant experience in Workforce Transformation consulting.
* Ability to create a range of solutions including organizational and cultural transformation, enterprise skills transformation, HR transformation, etc.
* Strong stakeholder network and client management skills, with experience in building trusted relationships with senior executives.
* Proven experience in business development and sales within large, global organizations.
* Project management skills and financial acumen.
