Responsibilities in your new role as Receptionist/Administrator
As the first point of contact, you’ll greet visitors with a smile, manage phone calls and emails efficiently. You will also schedule appointments, handle mail, maintain office supplies, support various administrative tasks, and ensure the reception area is welcoming and organised. You’ll be following client instructions with professionalism and attention to detail.
