Are you a friendly and organised individual looking to take charge of the front office? Our client is seeking a dynamic Receptionist/Administrator to join their team in Inverclyde. This is an in-office full-time or part-time role, where your skills in customer service and administration will shine. Responsibilities in your new role as Receptionist/Administrator

As the first point of contact, you’ll greet visitors with a smile, manage phone calls and emails efficiently. You will also schedule appointments, handle mail, maintain office supplies, support various administrative tasks, and ensure the reception area is welcoming and organised. You’ll be following client instructions with professionalism and attention to detail.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

We are looking for candidates with prior experience in customer service, particularly in a similar role. You should possess excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
