Assistant – Client Services / Sales Support (Bank, London)
We are working with a highly established, international business within the luxury retail space, supporting senior professionals across the City and West End.
They are now looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant to join a busy and fast-paced team based in Bank.
The Role
This is a varied, hands-on position supporting a high-performing sales professional. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business and delivering a seamless client experience.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing and maintaining client and prospect databases
* Supporting with referral generation and pipeline activity
* Processing orders, returns, and alterations
* Preparing products for client appointments
* Booking and coordinating client fittings
* Managing inventory and stock control
* Handling client queries via phone, email, and in person
* Assisting with accounts processes including payments and expenses
* Supporting with social media updates
About You
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
* Proactive, self-sufficient, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
* Comfortable in a client-facing environment
* Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office
* Minimum GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English
