What You Will Do
You’ll play a pivotal role across commercial and product operations, taking ownership of diverse responsibilities including:
Partnership Development
* Identify new partnership opportunities and manage RFP processes
* Participate in meetings and negotiations with existing and prospective partners
* Lead commercial discussions and contracts with internal support
Product and IT Coordination
* Act as the main liaison between partner organisations and internal IT teams
* Own workflows and triage issues across integrations and partner updates
* Draft and manage structured IT requirements and system improvement.
Analytics and Research
* Monitor business performance and create timely, accurate reports
* Generate insights for internal stakeholders and external partners
* Maintain and improve partner performance data
* Support digital marketing campaigns and supplier relationships
* Conduct market and customer research to identify new growth opportunities
What You Will Need
* Honours Degree (2:1 or above)
* Around 5 years experience in a similar role. - A mix of both clients facing positions and in either operational, product based or digital roles.
* Familiarity with task management tools
