Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out all panel repair work to manufacturer standards.
* Use body alignment equipment and welding tools to restore vehicles to their original condition.
* Replace or repair damaged panels, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Work efficiently to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with Health & Safety regulations.
What Were Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Panel Beater within an automotive bodyshop.
* Ability to work with a variety of repair methods including welding and filler techniques.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
* ATA or NVQ Level 3 qualification (desirable but not essential).
* A positive, team-oriented attitude and ability to work under pressure.
