* Operate manufacturing equipment.
* Stand for long periods, work in chilled environments and wear personal protective equipment.
* Communicate confidently and effectively, engage, influence and motivate others.
Qualifications
* A commitment to self‑development and multi‑skilling.
* Basic understanding and appreciation of health and safety and environmental practices.
* Understanding of the changing demands and pace of a manufacturing process.
* Experience in delivering a production plan, meeting key performance indicators and implementing improvements.
