We have an exciting opportunity for a Patient Engagement Lead to join our team at HMP Huntercombe, a category C prison near Henley-On-Thames.

Hours
Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week, 09:00 - 17:30
Salary
This full-time position offers an annual salary up to £27,852 per annum FTE, depending on experience.

What you'll be doing
As a Patient Engagement Lead, your responsibilities will include:
* Improving patient engagement activities and satisfaction through effective service user engagement and peer-led forums, planning and delivering projects aligned with patients’ needs, involving patients in project and training delivery where possible.
* Serving as a point of contact for patient engagement inquiries from staff, external partners, and patients. Overseeing the health champion peer support model, including delivering Health Champion training across the region.
* Ensuring statutory and organisational requirements are met, conducting patient engagement activities regularly across all sites, with timely evaluations and feedback communicated to patients, staff, and external partners as needed.
