Established in the UK in 2006, they’ve built a reputation for discretion, quality, and long-term client relationships in a highly exclusive market.
About the role:
As they continue to grow, they’re now looking for an ambitious Sales Associate to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is naturally people-oriented, confident, and motivated by delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You’ll be supporting recruitment efforts across private household, lifestyle, and executive roles, while also playing a part in brand presence through social media and occasional marketing input. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and thrives in an independent, fast-paced environment where quality and discretion matter.
Responsibilities:
* Sourcing and engaging high-calibre candidates for unique, often international roles
* Building strong relationships with candidates and clients
* Writing job adverts and managing the recruitment process end-to-end
* Supporting content creation and social media to enhance the brand
* Working autonomously while contributing to a small, dynamic team
Requirements:
* A bachelor’s degree from a Russell Group university
* 1+ years' of experience in a customer facing role
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: confident, articulate, and emotionally intelligent
* Strong organisational abilities with good attention to detail
* A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently
* Natural relationship builder: comfortable speaking with high-level professionals and candidates
* Resilient and adaptable: able to stay calm under pressure and juggle competing priorities
* Commercial awareness and an interest in people, careers, and luxury/lifestyle industries
