Job Description
* Develop and maintain quality management systems in line with industry standards.
* Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
* Analyse quality data and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations.
* Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of quality processes and procedures.
* Provide training and guidance to staff on quality systems and standards.
* Work closely with suppliers to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the supply chain.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Quality Systems Engineer should have:
* A strong background in engineering or manufacturing, preferably within the industrial sector.
* Knowledge of quality management systems and relevant industry standards.
* Experience in conducting audits and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
