Payroll Risk Advisor
to join our Payroll team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your expertise in payroll risk while contributing to a high-performing, values-led team.
What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting the Payroll Risk Manager in identifying, analysing and mitigating risks across payroll processes.
* Handling sensitive data with discretion and ensuring compliance with GDPR.
* Processing accurate and timely payroll for a designated population every four weeks.
* Collaborating with internal teams and external partners including HMRC and third-party providers.
* Assisting with audits, reporting, and communications to the wider business.
* Promoting a positive risk culture and helping to embed robust payroll practices.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in payroll administration within an office environment.
* Strong understanding of current payroll legislation.
* High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
* Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Experience with SAP payroll and P11D processing is a plus.
* CIPP Payroll Technician qualification is desirable but not essential.
