Job Purpose
To provide comprehensive operational support for PCM, ensuring efficient, accurate, and confidential management of client records and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
* Act as a primary point of contact for residents to allocate appointment timeslots, cancel/reschedule appointments, provide necessary updates and address routine queries in a professional and empathetic manner.
* Forward call residents to schedule appointments to ensure access.
* Respond promptly and professionally to text messages and emails, prioritising urgent or time-sensitive matters.
* Perform general administrative tasks including typing, scanning, photocopying, emailing, and mail handling.
* Maintain well-organised filing systems and databases.
Client & Team Liaison
* Coordinate effectively with contract managers and inspectors.
* Handle resident communications across multiple platforms, including phone, email, voicemail, and text.
