Cure Talent is recruiting for a Lead Validation Engineer to support a major NPI project for a leading pharmaceutical and life sciences company. This role will lead the development of validation strategies and execution of validation workstreams, ensuring all activities are aligned with current cGMP and regulatory standards. This is a senior leadership position with responsibility for planning, coordinating, and delivering validation activities while managing and mentoring the validation team. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement commissioning and qualification strategy for NPI projects in line with regulatory guidelines * Lead execution of the Validation Master Plan including equipment, facilities, utilities, processes, computer systems * Drive continuous improvement in validation protocols and lead risk assessments * Oversee and coach the validation team, providing leadership, mentoring, and performance management * Act as subject matter expert and interface with internal teams and external auditors or regulators Role Requirements: * Degree in a scientific or engineering discipline * Extensive validation experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, including NPI projects * Proven leadership experience in a regulated environment with hands-on project delivery * Strong knowledge of cGMP, GDP, data integrity, and audit preparation * Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills If you’re a confident validation leader with experience delivering complex NPI projects, this is a great opportunity to take a key role in a high-growth, quality-focused environment
